The group provides clinical anesthesia services for over 10,000 surgeries each year. Our satellite anesthetizing locations-pain management, consultation, obstetrical anesthesia, emergency resuscitation, acute pain and preoperative evaluation services-provide services to an additional 4,000 patients per year.

Leesburg, Virginia is located 35 miles northwest of Washington D.C., at the foothills of Virginia's beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. It is the country's third fastest growing county, but has been successful at preserving its heritage. This family-oriented community offers a variety of cultural and recreational activities.

Due to the community's growth, the hospital will be adding six new operating rooms over the next two years. To meet the hospital's needs we are looking for quality physicians and CRNAs who may be interested in joining our group.

Nurse Anesthetist

The following credentials are required to practice as a Nurse Anesthetist.

Current RN and Nurse Practitioner License for the State of Virginia
Current certification/recertification from the Council on Certification American Association of Nurse Anesthetists.

Our Compensation Package Includes:

• Market competitive base salary
• Paid time off (PTO) including holidays, sick time, and continuing medical education
• Continuing medical education and professional dues allowance
• Flexible schedules which includes 13, 10 and 8 hour shifts

• Pension plan - The program consists of a money purchase pension plan and a profit sharing pension plan. Additionally, the employee is provided the opportunity for pre-tax deferral savings in a safe harbor 401(k) program.
